Manages relations with the booking agencies and venues, daily schedules, and travel plan. Ensures contractual tour terms are met. Coordinates the whole Crew and Drivers.
Manages the designated tour budget on behalf of the band manager.
Evaluate which type of vehicle to use and the renting costs.
Daily income/expense reports available at all times.
Stage setup, Gear Teching and performance timing.
Depending on the need and Tour sizes, he manages a staff consisting in Guitar Tech, Drum Tech and Stage Hands.
He will takes care of the Band's sound, the concert is pre-produced in the studio, and every detail, gear and sounds are taken care of before a tour, the band's monitoring is set in the in-ear monitors system and saved, allowing the band not to perform a dedicated soundcheck for each musician at every shows.
We provide qualified personnel, who will be responsible for sales and inventory, a sales report will be available at each show, they will take care to report re-orders to be made in advance, avoiding running out of Items.
